The combination of scrambled eggs and chive can be found almost anywhere in China. Chive Scrambled Egg is not only a common dish (which is more often available as gaifan), it’s also a common filling for dumplings, baozi and bing. By the way, the Chinese chive might taste slightly different than what you are used to, but it’s delicious nonetheless.
This week’s update is the Chive Scrambled Eggs pack – the dish, the dish gaifan and the jiaozi. It’s an excellent choice for vegetarians, people who don’t eat spicy or anyone who want to keep it simple or try something familiar.
